1)小題答題格式：

第一個答題要點(diǎn)

A simple phrase to summarize your point使用一個詞組概括答題要點(diǎn)

+Write your phrase above in a completesentence換行后將上述詞組寫成完整句子

+Explain your point and apply in the case解釋為什么或結(jié)合案例分析

2)涉及Professional mark題答題格式：

Use an appropriate subject一般使用第一人稱答題，并站對立場（如作為管理層，需要站在公司的立場等）

Correct format,such as letter,speech,memo使用正確的格式

Fluent present with an Introduction,an ending and transition sections.正確使用開始段引入，問題與問題間要有流暢過度，最后要有結(jié)尾段。

2.注意題目關(guān)鍵詞：

Define給出定義即可

Explain定義+知識點(diǎn)展開

Identify找出內(nèi)容

Describe定義+主要特點(diǎn)

Contrast/Distinguish比較兩樣或幾樣的異同，即各自的定義和區(qū)別

Analyse分析現(xiàn)在情況，經(jīng)常需利弊都講

Assess/Discuss考量優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)等，考量看法的準(zhǔn)確性。需要將正反利弊情況都講

Explore不僅要從書本上分析，還要考慮case和case外的論點(diǎn)(use common sense)

Recommend提出建議

Construct the case for支持觀點(diǎn)，并提供supporting

Construct the case against反對觀點(diǎn)，并提供supporting

Criticize批評某個觀點(diǎn)，并提供supporting(通常與best practice不相符)

Evaluate/Critically evaluate從雙方面討論（支持/反對）
