在BPP教材第9頁(yè)3.7題目說(shuō)?“frictional unemployment will be short term”是對(duì)的。

但是在investopedia網(wǎng)站里有明確說(shuō)到，“frictional unemployment is short term”，所以說(shuō)short term 不應(yīng)該已經(jīng)frictional unemployment 的一個(gè)特性了嗎？為什么BPP教材里把short term這種特質(zhì)看成是“will be”，是BPP教材出錯(cuò)了嗎？
