EMA;2016.9/12的第三題的c問;

為什么提到了EMA但是不從protection costdetection cost.internal/external cost這四個角度去回答呢？之前的題目中提到了quality cost好像都是從4個分類下手。這一題我是從提高前兩者從而降低后兩者的費(fèi)用這一角度回答的，把conventional cost劃分為protectionreputation cost劃分為external cost.
