a問第三小問的defined benefit scheme的處理還是沒有理解，希望老師再講解一下????。 b問的agreement 2的receivable和那個(gè)確認(rèn)的short-term liability是怎么減少的呢？還有那個(gè)imputed interest是什么意思呢？ b問的agreement 2的條款里有這樣一條我沒看懂，說Further amounts will become payable to Diamond as the receivables are collected but are subject to an imputed interest charge so that Diamond receives progressively less of the remaining balance the longer it takes the factor to recover the funds.不明白這是什么意思????
