不太能明白答案，rent accrual是應(yīng)付而未付，我沒有及時(shí)付錢出去不應(yīng)該是增加了利潤(rùn)嗎；第二空的prepayment是我提前付錢出去，實(shí)際付出去的錢變多，profit應(yīng)該是被減少了？希望老師解答，謝謝！
