invoice matched to GDN

老師，在sales system的control中有這樣一個(gè)內(nèi)控：the invoice is checked to the GDN and not the original order，as there may be a problem meaning that the order was not fulfilled.這是前面的部分我可以理解，但是后面的可能產(chǎn)生的問(wèn)題是為什么呢？order不也已經(jīng)送出去了嗎？怎么說(shuō)是unfulfilled呢？
