請(qǐng)問一下老師： 這個(gè)題的（b）的答案，他說“contract for contingent payment does not meet the definition of a financial liability under IAS 32. It is not within Kutchen's control to be able to avoid that obligation.” 為什么這個(gè)control在確認(rèn)financial liability的時(shí)候這么重要呢？ 難道承擔(dān)了financial liability債務(wù)人還能控制還與不還錢嗎？ 謝謝老師！
