比如第一個(gè)時(shí)間點(diǎn)：12.31是year end ，第二個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)：4.1是sign audit report，第三個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)4.6是issue finance statement，第四個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)：講義上這個(gè)FS approved by members是什么時(shí)候呢？=AGM嗎？（題中的shareholder’s approval 應(yīng)該就是指第四個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)嗎？）。第二個(gè)問(wèn)：書上講義上寫的passive duty是從auditor sign report到issue FS，但是畫圖又包含了從issue FS到AGM，到底是哪個(gè)時(shí)間呢？ 第三個(gè)問(wèn)題：講義上勾出的那段話，however，if a fact becomes known to the auditor had it been known to the auditor at the date of auditor's report may have cuased he to amend...，重點(diǎn)在那個(gè)at the date of auditior report意思是說(shuō)審計(jì)師在簽字之前知道了這件事才有可能修改；簽字后知道了會(huì)不會(huì)改呢？ 我記得很多題說(shuō)簽字后與管理層商量也可以改，就是重新發(fā)一份NEW audit report 。講義是寫錯(cuò)了嗎？
