老師，我想問(wèn)chapter8 monitoring里，為啥會(huì)影響審計(jì)委員會(huì)，審計(jì)委員會(huì)不都是非執(zhí)行董事嗎，不會(huì)存在檢查自己以前年度的賬的問(wèn)題啊，非執(zhí)行董事怎么可能在董事會(huì)里占支配地位啊？
