以上是P3需要掌握的模型,考前大家在review一下這些模型的elements都還記得嗎?P3考試不是一定要用模型,但是學(xué)生自己答題的觀點(diǎn)首先不能保證窮盡,再者也不能保證不同的點(diǎn)之間不存在重復(fù),所以能用樹上已有的模型盡量用,當(dāng)然如果有在職的做咨詢的同學(xué)也可以用實(shí)務(wù)中經(jīng)常用的模型,考官看到新穎的觀點(diǎn)會(huì)有加分喲~

P3有一些新的知識(shí)點(diǎn)需要大家重點(diǎn)關(guān)注一下:

Big data(考官文章)

大家可以結(jié)合教材一起復(fù)習(xí),bigdata有3個(gè)特征,可以用3個(gè)V來(lái)表示:Volume,Variety,Velocity。文章中還介紹了Structured data和Unstructured data的區(qū)別,如何進(jìn)行data mining,大數(shù)據(jù)如何應(yīng)用以及將會(huì)面臨哪些風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等,文章大家自己看一下。

performance indicator考官文章

這篇文章跟P3/P5考試均相關(guān),主要講了performance – objective –CSF – KPI 。P3考官現(xiàn)在越來(lái)越喜歡考財(cái)務(wù)相關(guān)的題目了,動(dòng)輒在題目中出現(xiàn)timeseries, budget, decision tree 等數(shù)量的題目,大家要搞清楚這些知識(shí)點(diǎn)的原理以及計(jì)算方式,P3主要是在此基礎(chǔ)上考核大家的財(cái)務(wù)分析能力,計(jì)算為輔,只是作為分析的基礎(chǔ),建議看一下完整的文章。

與part H people這部分內(nèi)容相關(guān):

先讀requirement,再讀題目部分,讀題目時(shí)對(duì)重點(diǎn)詞語(yǔ)進(jìn)行標(biāo)注;

或先讀題干第一部分,了解基本信息,如:公司的行業(yè)背景、對(duì)考生的身份設(shè)定等;再讀requirement;然后是題干全部?jī)?nèi)容,并對(duì)重點(diǎn)詞語(yǔ)進(jìn)行標(biāo)注。

答題結(jié)構(gòu): Shortparagraphs with heading above each, Each heading(point)followed with author’s name, or studies, or examples.
