最近幾天，關于德勤在中國的兩家會計師事務所之一的德勤·關黃陳方會計師事務所有與超威動力進行聯(lián)合財務造假嫌疑的一則新聞甚囂塵上，了解這條新聞前，我們先來看看四大會計師事務所之一的德勤的發(fā)展史。

通常，德勤二字指的是“德勤全球”(Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu)的下屬實體，或者這家瑞士組織遍布全球的分支機構和會員。德勤全球在其國際化的戰(zhàn)略指引下，在近150個國家和地區(qū)內擁有下屬企業(yè)，匯集了12萬多的專家，并致力于為客戶提供卓越的專家服務和咨詢，其主要業(yè)務集中在四個領域：審計、稅務規(guī)劃、咨詢和財務顧問，全球有一半以上的大型企業(yè)、國有企業(yè)、公共機構、本地重要客戶以及成功的成長期企業(yè)都在享受著德勤的服務。這家企業(yè)采納了合伙制的形式，本身不直接提高服務，而是通過其全球的會員企業(yè)來聚斂財務。

作為根據(jù)瑞士法律組成的社團性質的組織，德勤全球或者其任何成員企業(yè)都是獨立的實體，互相獨立，在“勤業(yè)”、“勤業(yè)眾信”、“德勤全球”的名號下開展自己的業(yè)務。

早在1917年，德勤已認識到中國的商機，在上海成立辦事處，成為首家在這個動感及繁榮的大城市開設分支機構的外國會計師事務所。

自1972年，德勤在香港特別行政區(qū)擁有了辦事機構，這是幾次成功并購的結果。在1989年，Deloitte Haskins & Sells International 和在1975年與日本的審計公司 Tohmatsu Awoki & Sanwa 聯(lián)合的Touche Ross International 合并，形成了Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu， 即德勤全球。Spicer & Oppenheim 于1991年加入了我們在香港特別行政區(qū)和英國的國際網絡。1997年，德勤與香港特別行政區(qū)最大的華人會計師事務所 - 關黃陳方會計師事務所 - 合并。

在2004年，德勤宣布其5年計劃，于中國大陸，香港特別行政區(qū)及澳門特別行政區(qū)投資1億5千萬美元，這亦是德勤創(chuàng)建百多年來對單一市場所注入的最大一筆的投資。2005年，德勤中國宣布與中國大陸兩家優(yōu)秀的本地會計師事務所 - 北京天健和深圳天健信德進行合并。這兩家事務所擁有大規(guī)模的客戶群，并為大型國有企業(yè)、金融機構及中國本地客戶提供服務。該兩項合并將有助實現(xiàn)德勤于中國發(fā)展的遠見，并提高我們服務高增長的本土市場的能力。
