全球最大的職場社交網(wǎng)站LinkedIn公布了一份基于就業(yè)及職業(yè)發(fā)展情況的大學排名，這份排名從一個從未有人采用的角度——大學碩士畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)情況來對美國、英國及加拿大的諸多大學進行了重新排名。較之USNews的排名，頗有種大洗牌的感覺。

就業(yè)，已經(jīng)成為了一個留學生評判美國大學的重要標準。俗話說女怕嫁錯郎，男怕入錯行。找到自己喜歡的專業(yè)，卻進入一所在本專業(yè)未來職業(yè)發(fā)展不是很吃香的學校就是很對自己時間和才華的最大浪費。LinkedIn發(fā)布的基于就業(yè)情況及薪水的美國大學排名，從職場供求角度重新定義之前的大學排名。比起USNews的排名，LinkedIn這份排名顯得更直觀，更有實際指導意義。

LinkedIn是如何做出這份排名的？

LinkedIn通過與超過三億個用戶的畢業(yè)院校與現(xiàn)在就業(yè)情況的分析對比，得出了不同行業(yè)中各學校畢業(yè)生的從業(yè)人數(shù)、當前薪水以及做在的級別。比如在投資銀行領域的排名中，LinkedIn不但將各校畢業(yè)生進入投行的人數(shù)進行了對比，也對這些畢業(yè)生在相同畢業(yè)年數(shù)的情況下所處于的級別的因素做了考量。一些學校雖然進入這個行業(yè)的人數(shù)眾多，但后繼提升空間有限，很少能進入投行高層，自然就排名靠后了一些。

常青藤學校在一些專業(yè)的排名上消失了

老牌牛校常青藤們通常以自己強大的師資力量霸占個個專業(yè)排名的前列，但在這份排名表的一些行業(yè)排名上，卻很少見到他們的身影。并非是這些學校的教學質(zhì)量不行，而是通常這些學校畢業(yè)的學生會傾向于找其他領域的工作。比如會計專業(yè)，常青藤的會計專業(yè)學生通常會申請投資銀行或者其他相關職業(yè)，而并非進入四大會計事務所。在會計領域，常青藤校從業(yè)人員也很少，沒有什么話語權，這個行業(yè)被幾所大的學校的校友牢牢把控著。
