1.申請Diploma in accounting an Business

ACCA學員需要通過前3門考試，并且通過網(wǎng)上基本道德測試，（登陸myacca,導航目錄里找Navigation menu,會找到Ethicsige&Professionalism,里面有兩個，一個是professional ethics module,這是過前九門才能做的）前三門過完需要做的是foundation in professionalism module,測試通過以后，系統(tǒng)會自動生成這個證書。

2.申請Advanced diploma in accounting and business

ACCA學員需要通過前9門考試，至少兩門是自己考的，9門全免的沒得申請。并且通過了網(wǎng)上職業(yè)道德測試，（第一條里說過），測試通過后，系統(tǒng)就會自動生成這個證書。

professional ethics module測試的是前面一些基本知識，然后一些case study，看完之后，要上交一份有字數(shù)限制的小論文，要用最的話講，主要是學到了什么，你那個讓你成為一名專業(yè)會計師提供了什么幫助。上交后，等差不多三到五天，ACCA審核后，就會自動生成這個證書。

這兩個證明ACCA不再寄給學員，如果需要，自己打印出來，在導航目錄里找exam status&result,點擊進入，右邊有print a certificate，選擇想打印的certificate，點擊view certificate,就可以下載PDF文件啦！

需要具備什么樣的條件才有資格申請OBU學位？

1.注冊過這個學位（可以在My ACCA中查看此學位的狀態(tài)是否為opted-in）

2.通過前九門考試?F7,F8,F9不可以免考?

3.在通過F7,F8,F9之前提交并通過英語成績證明

4.完成道德模塊測試?Professional Ethics module

英語成績證明如何提交？

在2014年6月及之前通過的F4考試可以直接當做英語證明，無需另外提交；

在2014年12月及之后通過F4考試需另外提交英語成績證明，如大學英語六級，雅思，托福等（需要翻譯后加蓋公章）

提交的論文包括哪些東西？

A.7500字Research Report(RR)；

B.2000字Skills and Learning Statement(SLS)（包括15分鐘Presentation on the project to your project mentor，需提交PPT）；

這兩個部分要全部都通過才可以拿到學位，如哪個部分沒過，下次只提交那個部分就好，每個學員共有3次提交機會，但每次都需繳納評審費。學員需要找一名導師來輔導論文寫作，并進行3次面談（每次30分鐘，第三次做15分鐘presentation)。目前全球論文通過率只有50%。

Research and analysis report（RR）：

它共有20個題目可以選擇，題目內(nèi)容包羅萬象，涉及很多內(nèi)容。以第8個題目為例：需要分析一個公司最近3年的financial and business performance.

Skills and learning statement（SLS）:

它要回答四個問題：怎樣跟導見三次面的？論文的研究目標如何達到的？怎么跟老師溝通的？論文的寫作對你的學習和工作有多大幫助？這個SLS只有過和不過。決定這個SLS是否通過的方面有：語言，溝通，是否通過這個論文寫作有收獲和感悟，IT技術(shù)使用（PPT）等方面。

論文選題范圍

通過ACCA前9門的學員都有資格申請ACCA-OBU榮譽學士學位，論文題目可以在以下范圍內(nèi)選擇，其他題目需另行申請。

1)An analysis and evaluation of an organisation?s budgetary control system and its links with performance management and decision making.

2)An evaluation of how the introduction of a new technology can assist an organisation in achieving its business objectives.

3)An assessment of the potential impact of an aspect of impending legislation on the operations and financial position of an organisation.

4)A review of the business management and accounting issues of environmental costs of an organisation.

5)An evaluation of the use of short term and long term Islamic financial instruments and their impact on the financial statements of an organisation.

6)A critical review of key factors or indicators in the motivation of employees in an organisation.

7)A critical evaluation of the restructuring of an organisation?s operational activities and the effect on the organisation?s financial performance.

8)An analysis and evaluation of the business and financial performance of an organisation over a three year period.

9)A critical evaluation of the planning and implementation of an information system in an organisation.

10)A review of the effectiveness of the use of costing techniques within an organisation.

11)An investigation into the financial and operational costs and benefits of the internal audit/internal review activities within an organisation.

12)An investigation into the possible effects of a proposed accounting standard on the financial statements and business activities of an organisation.

13)An evaluation of the contribution made by human resource activities to the attainment of business and financial objectives.

14)An appraisal of the business and financial objectives of a strategic investment decision made by an organisation and its impact on key stakeholders.

15)An analysis and evaluation of the management of an organisation?s working capital over a three year period and its impact on the organisation?s funding strategies.

16)A critical evaluation of the financial and operational risk management within an organisation.

17)An assessment of the quality of the corporate governance within an organisation and the impact on an organisation?s key stakeholders.

18)A review of the marketing strategy of an organisation and its effectiveness.

19)An analysis and evaluation of the financial and operational consequences of a merger between two organisations or of the acquisition of one organisation by another.

20)An assessment of an organisation's corporate social responsibility policies,including business ethics,and their impact on business practice and key stakeholders.

學位等級評定

論文（RR）通過共有A，B，或C三個分數(shù)，論文的分數(shù)和該學員ACCA前九門平均成績綜合起來可確定該生學位的級別（詳見具體評定圖）。牛津布魯克斯大學會計本科學位共有：First class,Upper second class,Lower second class,Third class等4個級別。決定這個RR是否通過的方面有：語言，溝通，分析是否深入，IT技術(shù)使用，參考資料使用及格式等方面。

論文如何提交

通過網(wǎng)上提交的方式上傳，一年有兩次提交的機會，分別在五月和十一月。

學生寫論文的主要問題

1.對國外論文格式要求不了解。多數(shù)同學都是第一次寫英文論文，甚至第一次寫論文，并不了解它的格式和要求。國外論文除了需要評審內(nèi)容外，論文的格式包括參考文獻（reference)的使用和格式也是非常重要的評審標準。這種畢業(yè)論文不同于平時我們考試時的essay,它需要大量收集信息，并引用到文章中去。這部分也是導師需要給與更多指導的地方。

2.英語語言問題。雖然英語對于我們不是母語，評審老師也不會用英語為母語的標準來要求學員，但至少語言需要通順邏輯性強，結(jié)構(gòu)清晰。很多同學的語言顯然達不到這個要求，需要導師在語言上給與指導。

3.專業(yè)知識不熟悉。這篇畢業(yè)論文內(nèi)容上需要結(jié)合ACCA很多課程的知識點，比如：F7，F(xiàn)9，P3等并把它應(yīng)用到案例中去。很顯然，如果ACCA課程的知識只是了解一知半解是不能應(yīng)用到案例中去的。所以學員應(yīng)復(fù)習一下過去學過的知識點，做到能熟練應(yīng)用。

4.時間管理有問題。這是個本科的畢業(yè)論文，需要花費很長時間準備及寫作，所用時間因人而異，有的一兩個月，有的半年甚至一年。因為每個學員的語言，專業(yè)，工作經(jīng)驗不同，所使用的時間是不同的。建議學員要提前準備，而且論文的質(zhì)量和所花費時間一定是成正比的。有的學員英語基礎(chǔ)不好而且沒有工作經(jīng)驗，如果花費足夠時間加上導師的輔導也可以取得不錯的成績。對于時間管理有問題的學員，導師應(yīng)多提醒及促使他們在提交時間內(nèi)完成任務(wù)。

導師怎么才能輔導學員通過論文

1.首先,導師需要給學生講解一下論文的選題,內(nèi)容等,讓學員對論文的要求有個基本介紹.當然,information pack里的內(nèi)容介紹的已經(jīng)很詳細了，需要讓學員仔細閱讀information pack.同時，要讓學員對自己完成論文的進度做一個估算。

2.其次，充分利用學員跟導師的見面。牛津布魯斯大學要求導師在OBU的輔導中需要跟學生有3次見面，每次半小時。但學員的水平各異，對于基礎(chǔ)差的學員，我可能要輔導更多次，甚至10次。方式也可以多樣化，比如：電郵，電話，微信，聊天工具等。每次的輔導過程都要充分利用，提前閱讀好學員論文，要對學員的寫作問題提出建議，但導師只是起到輔助的作用，導師不能代替學員寫。

3.最后，要利用好presentation的時間。根據(jù)要求，學員在第3次見面時需要給導師做個15分鐘presentation.導師要讓學員充分準備這個，因為通過presentation,學員能自己意識到自己論文中的問題，并且可以利用這個機會，能跟導師進一步討論論文的內(nèi)容。
